In this article , the residual strength of debond composite laminates and their repaired structures under tension and bending load is calculated using finite element analysis method . The influence of the patch parameters on the repair structure , such as the dimension of the patch, the thickness of the patch and the stacking sequence is discussed. The work includes following steps:1. Bring forward the repair method and repair demand of composite laminates when the honeycomb is debond from the plate of honeycomb sandwich structure composite laminates or in the condition of week bond between honeycomb and plate.2. Construct a 3D finite element analysis model of honeycomb sandwich structure composite laminates.3. Using the model mentioned above and MSC/NASTRAN program analyze the influence of the patch parameters on the repair structure under tension and bending load .Some conclusion can be drawn according to the curves which show the influence of patch parameters to repair effect:The influence of patch ply number to repair effect is obviouswhen the composite laminates is subjected to tension and bending load.When the patch dimension, parent laminate ply number and honeycomb structure keep the same, the influence of increase of patch ply number to the strength recovery goes smooth. After the number of patch ply reaches 10, the influence decreases.
