| Firstly, by using vibration test and frequency analysis technique to off-road vehicle driveline. engine is defined as the main cause for power-train vibration and propel shaft is another cause when the velocity is high. Secondly, by testing transmission rigid vibration model vector and calculating the force on the engine suspension, it is found that the inherit vibration frequency on each side of the rigid body is quite different, and in practical work, the incoherent vibration of two sides can cause the increase of bend stress on some parts .In addition, model is built and transmission dynamic characteristic parameters are acquired by experimental model analysis, and with the model, the forced vibration is analyzed and a conclusion is drew as followed: first phase inherit frequency of transmission is coincided with second phase inertial force of engine which is on the velocity of 80 kilometer per hour, and the vibration on the joint place of front and rear shell of transfer case is large and the joint place is easy to be injured. Through the above mentioned research on dynamic characteristics, some measures are proposed to control the dynamic balance of propel shaft, increase the transfer case shell rigidity and adjust motor power train suspension rigidity. After taking some of above measures, vibration condition of power-train is improved and the problem of transfer case oil-leak is solved, which is confirmed by vibration test and road test. |
