By analyzing the biodegradable engine oil's demands on the lubrication mechanism and biodegradable performance, base oil and some additives are chosen scientifically and reasonably. The uniform design of experiment is used for arranging multi-level and multi-factor experiments. The stepwise technique is adopted to put forward the regression equation. The sensitivity and compatibility among additives and the base oil are studied by a series of tests. Interactions among oxidation-corrosion is stress researched and the optimum formulation of 10W/40 SG gasoline engine oil is presented. Finally, several experiments are made to evaluate the property of the formulation by comparing with the commercial oils'. The results show that their qualities were equivalent and the former has better biodegradable performance than petrolatum-based engine oil. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | biodegradable, vegetable oil, gasoline engine oil, uniform design, formulation | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
