Biodegradable Gasoline Engine Oil (10w/30 Sg) Full Recipe Optimization Test And Low Temperature Performance,

In this paper the development status and trend of biodegradable engine oil at home and abroad are described. By analyzing properties of gasoline engine oil and the biodegradable engine oil's demands on low temperature capability and biodegradable performance, vegetable base oil and additives are chosen in reason. The uniform design of experiment is used and the stepwise technique is adopted to analyze the result, so that the sensitivity and compatibility among bas oil and additives are studied. On the basis of stress analyzing the low temperature capability the optimum of 10W/30 SG gasoline engine oil is presented. Finally, several experiments are made to evaluate the biodegradable capability and the property of the formulation by comparing with the imports. The results show that their qualities are equivalent and the former is biodegradable.
