Sand Concrete Pile Engineering Applications

Based on the conclusion of foundation treatments of native and abroad,this paper raises a new technology--pile of crushed stone filled with cementslurry. Through searching on the technical property of such pile, taking two foundation treatments as project background which are soft foundation treatment of WuHan DongXiHu segment of the JingZhu freeway in HuBei province and bridge foot protection at HeBi XingFu eservoir in HeNan province, this paper carries out test study on active mechanism of crushed stone pile filled with cement slurry and its application in dealing with high earth filled soft ground and bridge foot protection.The achievement of this paper verifies that after-treatment technology with such pile has the functions of drainage solidification, cementing, vertical strengthen and change, which applies a new way to dealing with soft ground in freeway and other hostile foundation especially with bridge foot protection and flop at bridgehead.
