Cement Stirring Pile Reinforcement Of Soft Soil Subgrade Settlement Analysis

Cement mixed piles can consolidate soft soil foundation effectively，but problems such as difficulty toensure the pile quality，lower treatment depth and bad interaction of soil and piles are made the engineersdoubt their effect. Therefore, reasons for it being carefully used or even restricted in many areas need to beanalyzed, and improvement methods as well as countermeasures should be studied. The paper is on thebackground of the cement mixed piles treated on the soft clay ground in Jiangsu section ofShanghai-Jiangsu-Zhejiang highway, which makes a rough introduction of the reinforcementmechanism,and describes the observation scheme and method detaily, based on the ground settlement, deephorizontal displacement, pore water pressures, soil pmssllre, the bearing capacity of single cement treatedcomposite foundation，the article analyzes the deformation、mechanical characteristic and consolidatingeffect thoroughly. The research indicates that deep mixing penetrating soft clay is adopted for cementmixing pile to reinforce soft soil foundation, which forms composite foundation between piles and adjacentsoil so as to reduce settlement after construction.The pile earth stress ratio increases along with the pilespacing increases andso on.Finally,based on the existed literatures and experiment database，the articleanalyze the settlement after construction of trial section，and predict the settlement using the hyperbolicmethod and Xing-Ye method，the fitting effect is well．Using predict results，the time of precompressionearth unloads is determined，the construction of soft soil road section is instructed.
