Ipsec Vpn Principles And Its Applications In The Networked Manufacturing

Content: The advanced manufacture technologies such as CIMS,AM,CAD/CAPP/CAM are developing fastly with the development of computer, network, aritificial intelligence and distributed calculation technologies, which provides a opportunity for manufacturing industry of china to enhance its technology and reach the level of developed countries. Computer network is the basic plate for network manufacture, but network security problem is so important that can not be neglected. The security of computer network is essential for availability of these technologies. With IPSec VPN, a technology to provide security tunnels by special hardware and software, people can construct a virtual private network through public network such as internet.This paper describes the basic conception, protocol strucure and encryption algorithm of IPSec VPN, and provides a secure frame based on IPSec VPN for network manufacture system.This paper implements IPSec VPN in Linux operating system by modifies TCP/IP protocol stack in Linux kernel.According to the characteristices of network manufacture system, this paper analyses its security problem such as identity authentication, data encryption, data integrality authentication. This paper brings forword a resolvent based on IPSec VPN for network manufacture system security problem.
