| In modern high-technology war, the right controlled information is regarded as the key to win the war. With computer used to command automatically and the demand for situation apperceiving more and more, the requirement of data traffic is gradually increased in war field. As the scale of one or less than one division, it is a new strategic target that builds the martial Tactical Internet (TI) , which is required for the digitalized constructing of troop under new situation.Radio Shortwave Tactical Access Network is the part and primary stage of Tactical Internet. In nature, it belongs to the infrastructureless, self-organized packet radio network. According to the MIL-STD-188-220B protocol of American army, data packets can be relayed and forwarded automatically by nodes in network. The network can detect the change of topology in internal system and assure the information to be sent to the destination node in connective network. Furthermore, it comprises of the radio data transmitting network for some equipments such as tactical data terminal and computer so on.This paper begins with the updated trend in martial field. It firstly explains the concept of Tactical Internet, introduces TI's actuality and development, and focuses on TI's key technology. After that, the discussion turns to TI's subsystem-packet radio network, and illuminates the main content and application of this kind of network. Associated with my own experience engaged in the project on Radio Shortwave Tactical Access Network, the measures designed in general are outlined. Later on, the deep description pays great attention to expatiate on the design of every divided module such as systemic software and hardware so on. At the same time, the method implementing the key technique is shown. Lastly, the summary from the tests in room and outside evaluates the systematic performances and brings forward the mending idea to the project. The end of the paper concludes the characteristic and the creation of this work. |
