With the fast development of the automobile , it's more stricter to produce the fittings and test it's performance. That's to say , the testing of the fittings must be comprehensive , quick and exact . The thesis is based on the performance testing system of the automobile fittings for Shaoxing Automobile Fittings Factory . The aim is not only to develop a testing system which is rapid , wieldy and exact , but to improve the level of R&D for the fittings testing and short the cycle of the development and production of the new products , so that the factory can compete with profitably and benefit great from it.In the beginning of this thesis ,we bring forward the research aspect , then set forth the basal theory and technology which is adopted in this project . finally , we focus on the way to design "the Spot Measure Sub-system",In the first chapter , we describe the reason for developing the project and the status quo of the related field . In the end , we put forward the target and task of the project.In the second chapter, we introduce the theory base for the following application :the several kinds of performances of the fittings , the technology of the virtual instrument and the programming of the Object-Oriented .In the 3rd chapter, according to the task and the target of the project, the theory and the technology in the second chapter , we educe the way of the integration and the design of the system .The hardware of the system is designed in the fourth chapter . It emphasizes the choice of the testing instrument according to multi-access analog input and digital output.The software of the system is framed and designed in the fifth chapter .It's the center of the chapter and the thesis .In the sixth chapter , we firstly put through some knowledge about the software testing , then bring forward the procedure and the result of the system testing .In the last chapter ,we put forward the conclusion and prospect as the whole end.The system has been well used for nearly one year and the factory benefits a lot fromit.
