In this paper, a design of the lab of remote real-time health monitoring technology for aircraft is introduced.First, we introduce the state of development of health monitoring technology for aircraft at the present time in the world. Then we get a frame and an ideal of the lab's design through bringing others method and our practice together. In the end, we introduce the decided project of lab's establishment.In order to affirm that our ideal and project of lab's establishment are right, we then introduce an example about lab's establishment, which is about remote real-time health monitoring system for structure of an aeromodelling's wing.In this system, we use a computer model to simulate the true aeromodelling's wing, and then we simulate the state of aeromodelling's wing under the real flying conditions by computer. Moreover, we simulate two fault-models for wing's model, and then we get the state's date of wing's model structure when the two faults are happening. So, when we get the dates of stress and distortion of wing's model structure, which have been calculated by computer, we can simulate the dates of the real wing's structure, which we will get through stress sensors and distortion sensors. When we transmit those dates to the center computer through remote wireless transmission devices, the computer will analyze those dates according as scientific fault criterion. So we can carry out the remote real-time health monitoring for wing's structure. In order to select the fault criterion, we refers to some conceptions and methods about probability.Finally, this discourse introduces the work of the interface software's exploitation of this health monitoring system and the functions of this software.In a word, the frame and the project about lab's establishment show doable through the result of running.
