Along with the development of economy and the increase of population and vehicles, people use the three-dimensional fast track transportation system to solve the transportation problem on abroad. It gradually forms the modern city track traffic development pattern that used the subway as the main body. In China, the development of three-dimensional track transportation has entered the "fast lane" but still use train made on abroad. The towed systems rely on conversion inverter control ? asynchronous machine. The investment in equipment and the cost is expensive. In order to realization of our country's sustainable development in the limited fundstrategy, the rail facilities need homemade and independent innovation. From this point, Brushless direct current motor drive system in the draw motor of track vehicles is researched in the paper. It not only incorporates the advantages of traditional DC motor and asynchronous alternating current motor, but also gets over both of their deficiencies. Use it as draw motor of track vehicles will obtains high-efficiency and large torque.Brushless direct current motor drive system based on DSP in the draw motor of track vehicles is researched by digital control manner in the paper. A REPM BLDCM control system based on DSP in the draw motor of track vehicles is studied. Then the system control hardware circuit diaram is given. The software control the system work in the different performance is given on condition that the hardware of control circuit is not changed. The overall project design, hardware and software design of the control system are presented particularly. The design scheme of the paper is tested and the sample has been manufactured. The satisfactory result is shown by the prototype trials. At present, model machine testing has completed in the laboratory. It will refine and loading tests.At the same time, velocity adjustment control system of REPM BLDCM based on Special Integrated Circuit is researched. The design scheme is tested and the sample has been manufactured. The satisfactory result is shown by the prototype trials. The control system is used mainly in small power accessorial electromotor control.
