In the paper, a road examination system of automotive vehicle driver named TRE -2000 is introduced. The research and development to this system are discussed comprehensively and detailedly in theory and practical application. This paper includes five chapters. In the first two chapters, the basic knowledge of traffic accident, its causes and the relationship between road sense and traffic accident are mainly analyzed. It introduces the application of present compute network in traffic management; the deficiency in the training and it introduces the examination and background of developing this system too. Policy foundation , academic basis , runnable environment of developing the system, urgency , necessity and feasibility are also presented in these parts.Third and fourth chapters are the stresses. In these parts the follows are introduced: the developing aim of the system, function and demand, the technology principle, technical chart , key technology and innovation etc. In the program design part, the development of flow chart , the design tool and method are given. The system function modules and its society and economy benefits are also presented.The last chapter is the conclusion of this paper. Road examination subjects cover completely <> in the chapter. It has many advantages such as friendly UK perfect function, clear flow , auto wireless data transfer, FEC technology , anti-jamming , reliable etc. The system has the benefit of impersonality, equitableness, open and justness. So it is a scientific , modern and automatic system. It can effectively prevent road accident by improving the road sense of driver. It has high application valuable.
