Our long-term rate of road traffic accidents and deaths remain high, causedtremendous damage to the society and people’s lives and property. In this paper,1821valid data of road traffic accidents randomly extracted from several districts in China.According to the data, the number of accidents caused by the driver with drivingexperience less than or equal to three years is up to854, accounting for46.9%of thetotal number of accidents, while driving experience of the drivers is equal to or lessthan one year, resulting in the deaths of the number of417cases, accounting for22.9%of the total.
