| There are very important values of Superspeed Testing technique for rotating machinery industry.The products are tested by this technique whether the defects on strength were existed or not and also this technique can bring about the strengthening action for products.We still can't solve the problem about the spin testing for impeller with long shaft as NR15, a new type of rotor.This paper describes a new supporting with a good damping structure. Using this kind of bearing, we finish the spin test at 67000rpm.Also, we add the Controlled Passive Magnetic Damper(CPMD) to the rotor tester,which is used to reduce the vibrationThe main achievements are as follows:1.We analyzed dynamic characteristic of NR15 rotor with long shaft, and get its critical-speed and response to unbalanced mass. By designing a good damping structure ,we finished the spin test at the speed of 67000 successfully.2. We introduced a new kind of vibration controlling technique-CPMD. After the theorical research and experiment of the damper, it has been practically used in NR15 rotor spin tester.3.We systemically analyzed the relationship among the CPMD's structure parameters and fully considered the factors which possibly affect the feature of CPMD.The program of the structure optimization design of CPMD was also developed... |
