ZUSTD is a new type, high standard and performance high-speed tester, which is made by Institute Of Chemical Machinery of Zhejiang University for a full foreign-owned enterprises, cha-nging the previous these which are cumbersome and semimechanized of operation system. It is in-voled in mechanism,electricity,communication,automatic control, software and so on.The mechanical structure of tester is designed through the entirety, calculation process of two stage driving system is given. New control system for ZUSTD tester is given, presenting control algorithms for restricted zone and maintaining zone. A new damping structure is designed, making tests research for static stiffness and dynamic characteristics of vibration reduction. on this basis, simulationingand analysising the main axis system by finite element thought, optimizing installation structure, anticipated effect is achieved.Through borrowing technology form home and abroad,utilizing autologous advantage and experience in high-speed tester,combining with existing processing conditions,striving to make technological breakthrough, ZUSTD successfully was designed and developed. The tester is runn-ing in customer company for six months. Which has finished 1000 times test and comes up to the standard and index.
