In order to improve the percentage of hits of the tactics weapon, It is necessary to carry on the essential posture to guide some tactics weapons in the course of flying. For example, the rocket projectile meets various kinds of interference while launching and flying, make its precision of hitting reduce greatly. The precision of hitting will be improved obviously if we can offer a set of simple guidance control systems in powered phase of the rocket projectile. In this way, supersonic fluid amplifier especially bistable valve with negative pressure switch is used in the rocket projectile thanks to its advantages of switching rapidly, the ability of low temperature air to control the high temperature gas and no moving parts in high temperature gas.This paper studies the 50 and 42.5 valves, which used in BK183-5 rocket engine of A100 long-range multicell rocket projectile with numerical calculation. The results of simulation are consistent well with theory and experiment.The calculation starts off with simple two-dimensional model, as well as coupled implicit solver and advanced v2f turbulence model are used. And with the results that the shock wave is caught successfully. The power gas separate from wall, switch and wall reattachment are observed. And then, in the simulation of three-dimensional, the application of O-type grid and hybrid grid are used in two relatively complicated structures make the total amounts of grids and the time of grid generation reduced greatly. Moreover the hexahedron grids are placed in most areas to provide higher precision. Through the comparison between the results of two-dimensional and three-dimensional simulation, we knew two-dimensional calculating is not adequate. In some applications, for example in rocket engine, the simulation full three-dimensional model is necessary. Finally, we explain the phenomenon in the experiment with the results of simulation and verify the dependability and accuracy of this numerical simulation through the comparison with the experimental data. It is wishful that the simulation is used as a important tool in engineering design.
