Trajectory correction actuator is an important component for Trajectory Correction System,Good or bad performance of actuator have a great influence on the system.Using jet actuator as rocket trajectory correction actuators.The jet actuator have the advantage of high reliability,small size,high load and quick response.We can use Supersonic Fludic Bistable Valve as jet actuator.The valve use low temperature gas to control hot gas.The Design of Supersonic Fluidic Bistable Valve is based on the theory of Shock switching.Using Numerical Simulation Software,And with the results that the shock wave is caught successfully,the gas separate from wall, switch and wall reattachment are observed. Using three-dimensional flow field simulation on the Supersonic Fluidic Bistable Valve.The hexahedron grids are placed in the three-dimensional model,in this way the total amounts of grid and the computation time reduced greatly.we know the different parameters have different fluence on the Supersonic Fludic Bistable Valve through the comparison with the simulation date.Numerical simulation verified the shock wave theory of the switch and it provide a basis for the optimization design.
