The subject of airplane power supply ground experiments test system come from China Aviation Experiment Academe. This system is designed for the ground measurement of airplane power supply system to check whether these new powers have good characters, and offer basis for system examine and repair. The system has completed and put in use at present.The thesis firstly summarized the airplane electric parameter measurement theories and data process methods used in the design, then detailedly dissertated the design of hardware and software in the airplane power supply parameter measure system which is a Virtual Instrumentation actually. The part of hardware design mainly introduced the composing of this system, the using of new data acquirement card PC1-9113 and DO card PCI-7234 based on PCT bus and the design of signal adjustment and load drive circuits. The system' s programs is wrote using the language of Borland C++ Builder, and the part of software design firstly introduced the idea of software engineering and object-oriented method and their applications in the system, then dissertated the accomplishment approach of industrial PC communicating with transducer based on USS protocol and RS-485 network, finally introduced the design of calibration and test software, besides, it illustrated partial calibration and measure result coining from this system, which indicated that the system reached the design requirement.
