Inertial Instruments are the important instruments of the aeronauticalin instruments. Tradition inertial instruments are mechanical & electrical instruments, and they have single function and complex structure and are expensive. There are so many instruments that made the cabin very clutter. With the development of virtual instruments which based of computer technical and measurement Instruments technical, people find that virtual instruments have some advantage that tradition instruments have not in some application, such as intuitionistic display, lower cost, multifunction. Applying the virtual instrument technical to inertial instrument will make the pilot navigate the plane easily. This idea has applied to advanced plane such as boeing. But most planes that our country produced have not. This paper combines the wanderazimuth strapdown inertial navigation system with virtual instrument and designs a inertial navigation virtual instrument software. First this thesis discusses the development of the virtual instrument, and the method of developing the real time software; then designs a interrupted virtual driver, deduces and programs the realtime arithmetic of wanderazimuth strapdown inertial navigation, develops strapdown inertial navigation realtime software based virtual instrument with Object-Oriented programming language .The software is able to display multi navigation parameter and is able to be added the extensible function. Finally the software is tested with the mathematics model of gyro and accelemeter The test for the software shows that the software is steady and reliable and the precision is satisfying.
