The thesis has developed a software on vibration signal processing analysis of aero-engine applying the concept of Virtual Instrument and the method of digital signal processing. In terms of practical requirement, the thesis discusses the algorithm and realization of modern spectrum estimation and time-frequency analysis in detail, which includes parameterized spectrum estimation, high order spectra, short time Fourier transform and wavelet analysis, based on the classical signal processing.The software is developed on the platform of LabWindows/CVI that includes nine main modules: data acquisition, pre-processing, stable state analysis, tracking filter, time domain analysis, frequency domain analysis, modern processing method, wavelet transform and trend analysis. It is provided with friendly man-machine communication interface, handy operation and all-around functions.In a word, this software offers a powerful tool for the analysis of aero-engine vibration signal and enhances the efficiency of engine signal analysis a lot.
