Based On The Bom Cost Of The Product Management And Systems Design And Development

Time, quality and cost are key factors of determining success or failure of a product. At present, with the deepening further of economic system reform of our country, the competition among the enterprises is fiercer and fiercer. Fierce market competition forces manufacturers, on the premise of meeting the requirement of product quality, to offer the products of the minimum cost in the shortest time, so how to reduce the cost of goods effectively, in order to increase economic efficiency, has already become the great subject of enterprise's survival and development. It is not an isolated course to lower cost, it must set up on the basis of the thing that the cost is estimated, analyzed and controlled, and run through the whole life cycle of the products. Since the products design determines 80% of the total cost of the products, the best opportunity of lowering cost should be the design phase of products. Therefore, the research of predicting, analyzing and controlling product cost on the basis of design help enterprises achieve the goal of lowering costs greatly.On the basis of the thought of lowering cost of goods on design phase, this paper puts forward a product cost calculation method based on bill of material (BOM), integrates the data information of CAD/CAM/CAPP, calculates the standard cost of the products, offers the effective information for the enterprises to reduce the cost of goods , offer fast and respond the market as quickly as possible.The groundwork and research results of this paper include:1, Introduces the advanced mode of foreign cost management, analyses the current situation of domestic cost management, and puts forward the countermeasure of solving the problem that existed in cost management.2, Proceeds from management theory of the cost, combining the investigation and research on the spot of the cost management of two manufacturing companies of Yunnan Province, explains the theoretical foundation and practical basis of products cost computing system based on BOM.3, Introduces the theory modeling based on products cost computing method on the basis of BOM, overall plan of design, function designation and key technology of the system.4, Finishes the development of products cost computing system based on BOM,implements the subject function of the system, puts forward the suggestion and direction on the perfection of the system.
