Contraposing technic problem of preparing light-colored conductive powder at home, which included long period and deposit easied dropping off, this paper puts forward a new technics of preparing light-colored conductive powder of compound metal oxide series by chemical coprecipitation ,which based on the preparing theory discussed and analyzed in detail . Fristly the text analysed a series technical project of products that TiO2(nanometer), ZnO (nanometer) and micro-sheet mica was covered with compound metal oxide by chemical coprecipitation , the variety of material and fill a prescription were ensured of a new inorganic light-colored conductive powder by contrast and filtration . In order to get the optimum processing conditions and the effects of various factor in preparation of conductive powder, monofactor method and multifactor orthogonalizing design method have applied .The research showed the following results:(1) The optimal process conditions included 80%~ 100% covering rate, about 5:1 proportion of SnCl4.5H2O:SbCl3,3.5 h ~4.0h appendent speed, 2.5~ 3.5 pH value ,45℃ reaction temperature,750℃ calcinations temperature and 1.5 h calcinations time, 2.5 h~3.0 h(110℃) dryness .(2) The results showed that the light-colored compound conductive powder exhibit hoariness of the colour , resistant rate to 35.cm , small crystallite sizes about 0.04 mm ,the electric substance of wrap sizes about nanometer and posses the nice disperse and stability .(3) The light-colored conductive powder take on the eminent performance is because of the innovations in preparing technology, including the high speed mill in reaction and filtration method after reaction . These condition bring the quality changes of conductive powder .
