| This article mainly studies three aspects which are the structure design of space-borne TR module, heat control and anti-irradiation technology.In the part of the structure design of space-borne TR module, it is emphasized that composition of TR module, weight distribution of each module and mechanical test circumstance of TR module. It is also introduced that the coupling technology of TR module circuit in formidable space environment and operation mode. And ,as a key part of the reliability of a cable module is also studied in a key part of TR module.In the study of heat control technology, it is emphasized that consideration in structure due to thermal conductivity and heat radiation. And analyze the heat design and operation temperature range of key exothermic elements. The result of hot vacuum test is also analyzed in order to meet the requirement of deratation design in space-borne system. In the study of anti-irradiation technology, it is introduced thatradiation environment in space and the failure mechanism of TR module. The useful reinforcement technology and verification method are also produced in the article. |
