In terms of hard circumstances such as the great variation of load ,the great power and the strong impulsion, the traditional PID control theory can not satisfy the AC servo system's need for speeding, precision and stability. In this thesis, based on the robust control theory and the IP position control theory, these problems are solved. This thesis includes the following items:First, design the system as a whole, including choosing the computer, implementation components, checking components, servo driving module.Second, design the circuit, including the power supply board, the power amplifier board, the signal conversion board, the measuring module.Third, learn the robust control theory and LMI method, then write the control algorithm program with Borland C++, the signal-collecting program, the signal-processing program, the communication program, the drive program .Forth, simulate the system to meet the need for speeding, precision and stability by adjusting the controller parameters.Fifth, experiments are done on the real system, The final result is printed on real time.According to the results of the simulation and experiments, it is known that with the controller which is depended on the H algorithm the system is self-adaptive and has the robust character for the change of the model parameters. And the outside inferences and load variation can be retained effectively. The LMI processing method is easy to be solved.
