Plateau Mountain Highway Survey And Design Concepts And Route Options

The idea of freeway alignment design in plateau mountainous areas is a kind of instructive ideology. Alignment design should include eight important ideas such as taking intersects of the whole into account, considering ecological environment and serviceability. Advanced and proper ideas are regarded as the basis of alignment design.Corridor is the space of lineal project. Considering the resources, the corridor should be found out in highway construction. According to the idea of sustainable development, the space should be distributed and used wisely. The methods of improving structure by web, adding constructive condition and elimination in terms of climate can be used to determine the corridor.Highway is a space object consisting horizontal, vertical and transverse section. The horizontal and vertical alignment should be decided through repeated comparison method. This thesis presented the method to find out the problems from primary outcome of horizontal and vertical section .and studied 18 methods concerning alignment index, engineering geology, engineering economy, types of transverse section and constructive conditions.
