The key of analyzing and designing complex electromechanical system is to establish the mathematical model which describes its dynamic performance. The modeling method currently used requires that the researchers of modeling not only have a profound understanding of the objects being studied, but also the ability to proficiently apply mathematics, physics, mechanics, electronics, and the basic knowledge likewise. Therefore, it is inevitably difficult. Under such a circumstance, it is a significant content worth of study about how to build a mathematical model of complex-system conveniently and quickly. This thesis has established an open electromechanical system module library by uniting the theories of bond graph and modularization. And based on it a typical complex electromechanical system-A global coupling dynamic model of a high-speed temper mill system, is established. The systematic mathematic model is integrated into by the mathematic models of modules through topo-bonds and their causal bar. As automatic modeling technique is used during the process of modeling, the generation of the modules' mathematic model and the integration of the systematically dynamic model were all fulfilled by computer automatically. The solution of global mathematical model of the whole system is found on the basis of finding the solution of subsystem. Therefore, the simulating time is greatly reduced and the accuracy of mathematic calculating is improved efficiently. The simulation results of the global mathematical model closely verge on experimental results. The modules can be took down or spliced conveniently for different rolling mill systems. The research results above provide a new method for the complex electromechanical system modeling. This method does not only have a important value to put into practical application, but also a significant value worth of extending.
