With more and more refrigerated containers used in the carrying trade, the refrigerated containers have been in high development. To assure safe using and good performance of the refrigerated containers, it is need to test their structure parameters and thermal engineering parameters. The thermal engineering performance shall be carried out after the intensity test is finished. In order, the thermal engineering performance test content includes air tightness test, heat leakage test and performance test (with refrigerated unit). So it is necessary to research on the heat engineering performance test facilities.The research works in this paper mainly focus on the following aspects:1 Putting forward the design of this environment house through summarizing the comprehensive experience on the design of the environment houses.2.According to the test condition, the design parameters of the air conditioning can be obtained. Through making use of the result and the appropriate design project, the model of the test facilities can be confirmed.(1) Single refrigerated units have been used formerly in the refrigeration system. To satisfy the utility purpose, the heat-pump units shall be adopted.(2) The scroll compressor with frequency conversion shall be adopted in the adjustment of the load. So it satisfies the accuracy of the temperature adjustment and the purpose of power saving.3.Researching on the temperature control system. Through the regulation of the load, air volume, cold-water flow and cooling water flow, which can control the temperature of the environment house. In this paper, the temperature controlled by the air volume shall be deeply analyzed. Differently, fuzzy control added to PID control (self-adapted fuzzy control) is adopted in the temperature control. The practical model is applied to simulation. The result indicates that the simple fuzzy control is not superior to the traditional PID control. But approving result can be obtained by the application of the self-adapted fuzzy + PID controller.
