| It is important skill and much work for drivers to steer transmission exactly. And automotive transmission makes great contribution to advance the handiness of steering , lighten drivers'tiredness and advance automobile's dynamical character and economy. Compared with the manual transmission,the automatic transmission has many excellent advantages. For example, it has outstanding steering,good exertion, altitudinal safety. In present, the automatic transmission has been greatly used. During the automatic transmission's natural operation, as the medium of dynamical transmission, the automatic transmission oil holds the important status in the automatic transmission system, which is looked as the system's blood. The automatic transmission can transmit the power exported by engine, refrigerate the mechanical parts and affect the viscidity of automatic transmission fluid. And the temperature of ATF makes a great effect in the ATF's operation. So ATF's temperature control has been an important investigation field. In the paper I design a scheme in the control system of oil temperature, and at the same time, accomplish the hardware and software design of electricity control system. The hardware of the control system of oil temperature is composed of signal collection, ECU and performing machine. The signal collection is achieved by the block temperature sensor. ECU is composed of import loop, A/D conversion, computer and export loop. Performing machine is mainly electromagnetism valve. The control system of oil temperature is provided with simple structure, low manufacture cost and convenience in fixing, teardown and servicing. In the software designing, I introduce two methods, including PID control and Fuzzy control. PID control arithmetic is one of the most common methods. And it has some characteristic, such as simpleness, convenience in adjusting parameter, holding control precision and so on. But PID control arithmetic has also some disadvantages. Because of the existence of these disadvantages, the Fuzzy controlled on-off oil temperature system is proposed in the paper. This paper describes Fuzzy control in details. This paper introduces the principle of Fuzzy control algorithm and elaborates in detail the design process of micro-computer Fuzzy controller in oil temperature control system, including the determination of the structure of the controller, the fast and simplified algorithm of Fuzzy controller and the seeking of the controller. Compared with PID controller, computer Fuzzy controller has an advantage of small ultra-adjustment, shorter time of steady reach and non-sensitivity to changes of parameters.
