The paper describes in detail a test equipment configured for the missile-launching unit of a fighter (TECMLF). The missile-launching unit is a link between a fighter and a missile, which will correctly send the instructions of the fighter to the missile system and meanwhile feedback the working status of the missile to the fighter system, so that the missile can correctly direct to the target and finish fighting tasks. Therefore, the missile-launching unit is a key device whether the missile can be normally emitted or not. The development and design of the test equipment in the field will ensure the reliability of the electronic component at the missile-launching unit; For the test of the avionic bus interface of the missile launching unit, it will ensure that 1553B interface of the launching unit can implement the data exchange with the avionics on the fighter and ARINC-429 bus interface can implement the data exchange with the avionics on the missile; For the test of the ground power interface of the landing status of the launching unit, it will ensure that the phase-order, voltage and frequency can all meet the power cut-in missile requirements needed by the missile power; For the test of 28V instruction system of the launching unit, it will ensure that the launching unit can correctly receive and transmit the instructions of the fighter; For the test of speech system of the launching unit, it will ensure that the launching unit can send the missile working status by speech interface to the pilot' speech reception system. In addition, the record function of the test equipment can record the working status of the launching unit in detail, and the portable display system may display the working status in real time and may monitor the function module of the launching unit at any time.To ensure real-time ability of the test equipment in the field, by the use of the embedded distribution technique to design TECMLF, the system software has configured a real- time operating system with an embedded VxWorks. The operating system is a basic implementing software of TECMLF, and it manages the working processes of the application software and the implementing sequences of tasks. It hasmany abilities with it such as quickly real-time response, exception / watchdog processing, muliti-task schedule, dynamic register management, binary signal volume, exclusive signal volume, massage queue, system clock, auxiliary clock support, and also has a tailed ability.The paper mainly describes some problems in four aspects. First, it studies the embedded distribution technique about TECMLF and discusses the scheduling strategy of distributed system, data transmission mechanism and bus arbitration modes; second, it presents the design ideals and processing functions of host control CPU module of the information processor, input module of AIN simulating volume, DIO switching volume module, CIM communication module, FDISK record module, power supply module, and display control module, all of which are fitted for implementing TECMLF functions; third, it discusses the strategy of TECMLF monitor ground power system, especially the nature curves under the fault status of over-voltage or short-voltage of A.C power supply, then deriving out math model from different fault models; Fourth, it discusses the embedded VxWorks real-time operating system, the designs of BSP software package, system schedule, system communication and interrupt management, in order to meet real-time ability requirement of the test equipment in the field...
