Through analyzing water content influence to different soil and the stability of soil, this paper demonstrates the impact of water content to subgrade arriving or accessing stability degree of thickness at the subgrade moulding times. Secondly, analyzing the distinction of light and heavy compaction criterion, the influence of degree of compaction to soil deformation and intensity, this paper establishes the relevance relation of modulus of resilience and degree of compaction, the relation of modulus of resilience and water content. Thirdly, analyzing and comparing the advantage and disadvantage of common soil base's modulus of relationship ascertain methods, summarizing the relationship of different testing methods, quoting the some useful data in HeNan province, this test gives some relevance formula. Forth, analyzing and contrasting the checking equipment and result of FWD, loading plate and BB, this test illustrate the feasibility of making FWD test soil base's modulus of resilience and recommends the relevance formula of FWD, loading plate and BB. Finally, analyzing the influence factors of fill-stone subgrade, soil-stone subgrade, sand gravel subgrade, sand masses and low-content lime subgrade, different evaluating methods is provided in actuality appliance.
