Doped conductive polyaniline powder and solution were prepared respectively with solution polymerization, emulsion polymerization and emulsion polymerization-extract methods, and its performances were studied by TGA, DSC, XRD et al. Effects of heat treatment temperature, atmosphere and time on polyaniline conductivity were discussed, aging mechanisms which include dedoping, oxidation and chemical crosslinking were induced. Manufacturing process of polyaniline electrolytic capacitor was explored. The results show that polyaniline had excellent thermal stability; polyaniline prepared by emulsion polymerization and emulsion polymerization-extract methods has better solubility than that of solution polymerization method; electrolytic capacitor which made by direct coating method and immersed in turn with m-cresol and electrolyte had excellent electrical property. |
