Vehicle Traveling Data Recorder

Recorder on the vehicle is a device that can collect the status, such as velocity, time and mileage, of the vehicle and store the information that should be output to the computer or other devices. This device can alarm the drivers not to driving with tired or overspeed so as to keep the safety of traffic and improve the management of conveyance and etc. If unfortunately some accident happen, it can also give us some help of analysing the accident. For approching the standard, we also use USB stick to store and tranfer the data. The main content of this paper includes:In this article we introduce the basical knowledge of the USB technics and the FAT(File Allocation Table) file system. We also introduce the function, performance and usage of the main 1C used in this system.I have finished my USB module's making and debugging. In this article we give the detailed description of the firmware and give some advices of hardware and software making and debbuging.
