| Flight Data Recorder is commonly known as black box, is used to automatically record all kinds of parameters of planes during flying.It will show the flying information on recorder to field equipment so that we can provide objective basis for touble diagnosis, the development of aviation aircraft, and assistant filght training.This paper focuses on the original Flight Data Recorder's the following problems.(1) The original Flight Data Recorder's offload interface is RS-232, It is inconvenience to offload data in outdoor. (2)Flight Data Recorder's storage media is NandFlash, without taking into account the NandFlash bad blocks and erase life, resulting in data storage is unsafe. (3)It is inconvenience for data analyst, as result of lacking file system.Based on original design, this paper restart designing a new kind of Flight Data Recorder based on embeded USB host technology. Data acquisition interface is RS422 and RS232, Flight Data Recorde can download data by Self-USB interface without using PC.NandFlash bad block management is used which can enabale the system to manage the NandFlash store safe and reliable, file system is adopted to make data exchange with PC more convenient. Firstly, this paper analyzes the principle of the structure of the Flight Data Recording system and Flight Data Recording recorder solid state storage technology development at home and abroad.Secondly, the recored unit scheme is introduced according to the character of UAVs, and then process of hardware&software design is introduced. In the end, the scheme to be improved based on foreenamed progect is discussed.Kinds of key technique are involved in this project. (1) Embedded USB host technlogy is applicated in our Flight Data Recording system. Flight Data Recorder can read and write most of the brand U-Disk in the market. (2) The FFS-driven management is adopted to NandFlash, which can enable the system to manage bad block in NandFlash and ease balance. (3)The file system is used to manage recorder data, flight Data Recorder can read or write data in the form of document. (4)Surge protection and ESD protection circurt is adapted to hardware design, in order to protect our circurt board.The fruit of this thesis estbalishs a firm foundation for the development of UAVs's FDR and has useful reference to other recorder. |
