The shipborne radar system is the essential guarantee for the warships and groups of them to realize the multi-defence to the threaten from the air, the waterface, the submarine or the coast.Along with the development of electronic war and information war technology, the requirement of higher level for antenna system and the ship-based radar of my army have put forward. To raise the performance of my military existing radar and antenna system it is necessary to develop a better stabilized platform to isolate the sway of ships. This paper is according to 2 ship-based axles stable platform, studies emphatically the development design method which apply to the precise steady of trailing servo organization.Supported by several CAD/CAE software (SolidWorks, I-DEAS, ADAMS) nowadays, we discussed the course of standardizing of development design . According to the development design train of thought that goes to local details by overall function, we build up a three-dimension solid model of platform, and carried out quiet, development property analysis for individual element, did some simulation to the whole virtual prototype of platform. At the same time, we studied the configuration for stable platform and the configuration of stable platform, put forward the fast calculation formula of wind-load received by stable platform and the viewpoint that comes to select motor with acceleration time. The conclusion of this paper has guidance meaning for the precise steady design work of trailing servo organization , has established foundation to study the development design method of this kind of servo organization further.
