In those years, the stabilized platform developed very rapidly, it has been widely used in the civil area and military area such as shipbome weapon, missile seeker vehicular weapon and airborne weapon, also used in industrial systems, photography etc. Based on the development of the stabilized platform of a seeker and aimed to the target request technique of the two-axis stabilized platform, the structure design of stabilized platform, analysis of the stuctue through CAD/CAE, the cause of stabilized platform shaft system error and the error’s influence on radar angle measurement were completed based on the modularization and miniaturization in this paper.First of all, specifications and overall structure strategy of stabilized platform were described and the designing key points were discussed in the paper.Secondly, structure design was completed by three-dimensional design software Pro/E, and physical model was achieved. The element finite model of stabilized platform was established by importing the physical model into the finite element software ANSYS. And the dynamic and static characteristics of stabilized platform were analyzed by ANSYS. The weak link of the structure was found through simulation result, and lightweight optimized frame structure was obtained.Finally, the relationship between stabilized platform shaft system errors and stabilized platform angle measurement error was established by analyzing the impact of shaft system errors on stabilized platform angle measurement, and obtained the relationship between shaft system errors and the stabilized platform structure errors by analyzing of the stabilized platform shaft system error’s cause. Base on the structure design different impacts of stabilized platform structure factors on the shaft system errors, stabilized platform shaft system precision indexs were reasonably distributed to the structure of stabilized platform dimension errors and meet the stabilized platform of the accuracy indexes.
