This paper elaborates the mechanism of fibre reinforced concrete and introduces the investigation actuality of hybrid fibre reinforced concrete. According to this theory, the orthogonal experiment has been confirmed. In the experiment, the quantity of polypropylene fibre, the quantity of steel fibre, the sand percentage, unit water content, the ratio of water to cementitious material, the quantity of fly ash, are selected for the factor of orthogonal experiment. After the expand experiment, the optimum mix proportion are determined. Through variance analysis, the influence of every factor to slump of fresh concrete, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength is known. The value coefficient is introduced to discuss the influence of the fibre to the performance concrete. In the multi-linearity analysis, the slumps, compressive strengths, splitting tensile strengths are selected as function and the significance factor in the variance analysis is viewed as independent variables. The linear regression equation between slumps, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength to the factor is concluded. In the end, this paper discusses the synergy effect further.
