With the tendency for the mechanisms becoming higher speed lighter weight higher precision , high efficiency and more intelligent, there are higher requirements for the research of the mechanical dynamics. Computer provides an effective means for analyses of the mechanical dynamics and system simulations technology has been applied widely in this field.It's the principal problem how to establish precise mathematic models making use of simulations technology in mechanical dynamics. When the models of mechanical system dynamic are established, the model correction method is becoming popular research field. Now, most of the correcting work focuses on the structural finite element model correction. And few research is reported about systemic correction.This paper gives out the model of mechanical system dynamics and builds the correcting method for system dynamics model, which is based on the obtained data and computer simulations. The correction for system model is involved with most new frontier problems of modern mechanical design, such as model about the flexible multibody dynamics and dynamic behaviors of mechanism flexible joints.In this paper, mechanical vibration and synthetical dynamic balancing are two main problems to be concerned. Then, based on the experimental data, mechanical dynamics simulation is performed in these two aspects. First, for the vibration problem, correction on mode-damping ratio of parts and flexible joints guarantee simulation results to get closer to the experiment results. For the mechanisms balancing problem, an optimized process is put forward. It also uses the experimental contrast to correct the mode-damping ratio and validates this method. With the analysis to mechanical system dynamics, the first thing is to build up the basic model of flexible multibody system. For a better simulation result, it is necessary to give out the correction model of mechanical systemdynamics. Then digital simulation instructed experiment design. With the help of experimental data and compare with the simulation result, this paper corrects some important parameters of system model and gives out the digital simulation model. Compared with the experiment, the method used in this paper can forecast the tendency of simulations result, obtain a more precise result and give out a good method for mechanic system dynamics analysis that is based on the experimental data.
