| With the development of the electronic and computer technology, new test theory, methods and new instrument structures appeare constantly. The function of the electronic test instruments has changed essentially. At the end of 20th century, Virtual Instrument was developed and manufactured in USA. Virtual Instrument is the combination of computer technology and instrument technology. It is also the important technology in CAT field. The CPCI Data Storage Oscilloscope Module with the Industrial Computer make up of a Virtual Instrument. This dissertation focuses on the design of CPCI Data Storage Oscilloscope Module. The main contents of the dissertation include: 1.Hardware design. The hardware design of the module mainly presents analogue channel circuit design, A/D acquisition circuit design, digital control circuit design, power and CPCI interface design. The hardware design of this module conforms to the CompactPCI Specification 2.1. The module's form factor defined as 3U board size. In addition, this module and the other CPCI modules can work well independently in an Industrial Computer. 2.Software design. The software design of the module mainly explain user-interface programmes and low drivers design. The Oscilloscope Module's upper user-interface programmes are designed using LabWindows/CVI language. LabWindows/CVI programming language which is developed by NI company fits to software program of all kinds of test, control and signal processing. The low drivers adopt WinDriver Tools which is developed in KRFTech company. In the end, the dissertation introduces the method of the software and hardware debugging,and the analysis of the experimental result. |
