Maglev train is a new type of ground tracked transport tool, which advantages such as high speeds comfort and safety are attractive and competitive in the 21 century. It is a trend of the high-speed railway system in the future in China. Our country has obtained the basic technology in the medium-speed maglev technology of train design, but still keeps a longer distance from other developed countries such as German and Japan. So, we must tackle the key problem of the innovative technology on the base or assimilating the foreign magnetic levitation technology. It has deep signification of theory and practice to build rational and economic high-speed magnetic levitation railway system in our country.Based on the study of German's new generation of high-speed Maglev Train -TR08 (Transrapid series), the paper introduces the guideway girder form of the all countries high-speed magnetic levitation transportation system. Guideway is one of the important components of Maglev railway system. The vibration will affect the comfortable and the safety of railroad train drive. So, it is important to proceed the modal analysis of the guideway.Through introducing the development and related background of the high-speed Maglev Train . The paper indicates the significance and content of this task. Then it expounds the relative theory of Finite Element Method. Using large-scale current finite element software ANSYS, the paper analyzes natural frequencies of the repair shop of the magnetic levitation traffic test line in Shanghai and the high-speed magnetic levitation railway test line in National University of Defense Technology, and draw some useful conclusions from the which come out from the experiment modal analysis. In the last part, a project to improve the structural performance is raised based on the causes of the vibration and theoretically analyzed.The analysis results of the paper have the leading meaning to the improvement of the guideway structure designing, the controller structure and parameter design, and based the foundation for the magnet/rail coupling vibration analysis.
