Based on analyzing the basic construction of new micro cycloidal speed reducer, this text make sured the choice method of construction dentiform parameter and construction size. As far as the choice of the arm bearings, 1 used miniature bearing with small size to replace the cylinder roller bearing which has no periphery and is used in traditional cycloidal drives.According to the traditional cycloidal drives force analysis with strength checkout, I applied the theories of micro cycloidal drives series force analy- sis with strength checkout, At the same time I accurately calculated the life of the arm bearings.According to some subsistent theories research , I designed a kind of micro second class cycloidal speed reducer, and fixed on the main parameter, engineering software of forerunner 1 adopted advanced engineering software -the Pro/ E to proceed three-dimensional entity the shape then conversed them to the two-dimensional engineering diagram. |
