The Efficient Operation Of The Desalination System And Artificial Neural Network Research

The article is discussed developing conditions of the seawater-desalination technology, and studied on water-production characteristic of improved high efficient seawater-desalination system by means of heat pump. The device has two functions of seawater-desalination and dehumidification. It is composed of evaporation condenser, pre-condensator? humidifier, bidirectional blower, air-cooling condensator, water-cooling condensator, heating water-tank, throttle and etc. Facing the problem of the world-wide shortage of freshwater, the article is analysed and studied on the characteristic of water-production in order to reduce energy consumption and obtain the satisfying water-production.First, after the seawater-desalination system parts' process of heat and humidity transfer is analysed,the mathematical models of every part can be obtained. Secondly,based on the models,the thermodynamics performance and some conclusions are studied by using the numerical method, which provides assistant proof to optimize system operation. By using the technology of ANN(Artificial Neural Networks) in the field of energy source, chemistry and control, the models of ANN for high efficient seawater-desalination system are established. The models are trained and predict water-production of seawater-desalination system, then the high efficient operational region is gained in which the system can have the farthest preferable water -production.By contrast of water-production between numerical model and ANN network model, it shows that the application of ANN for studying on seawater-desalination is feasible, and it has the feature of convenient operation and high precision. The operational state of seawater-desalination system is identified by ANN, then it provides necessary premises for optimizing operation of seawater-desalination system.Summarily,the ANN model of seawater-desalination system provides high efficient operational scheme, and that is very significative in the practical operation of seawater -desalination system.
