| In this thesis, a model named polymorphic model is brought up according to the character of sheet metal polymorphic derivation. It slices the manufacture process of product by discrete state and applies digital model and relative attribute for every state. In this model, the harmony method of combining digital and entity is applied and then state becomes the basic cell to define, organize and manage manufacture information.In case of the latter, we, referencing the theory of vector space, describe the multidimensional data which belongs to one state in the way of vector space, form the multidimensional data vector space model V and, linking with controlling vector F, establish the variable dimension data vector space model Vi+1 = Vi. F(X). By means of digital, the model clarifies the process of the multidimensional data's producing, disappearing and varying when polymorphic model changes its state.Polymorphic model and variable dimension data vector space model is the ideal reference model to describe the manufacture information of sheet metal and then define them digitally and they ground for the digital manufacture of sheet metal.According to the last theory model, the system of digital definition and data management of polymorphic model. The system is a system that combines many software and technology system and, on the whole, it takes on three main modules: slicing state, digital definition and digital management of polymorphic model. Finally, we get the technology system of defining digitally and managing uniformly the manufacture information centering polymorphic model.The system of defining craft feature is developed to define the geometrical model of polymorphic model. The software is programmed based on UG18/VC++ 6.0. |
