The reliability and maintainability design of modern electromechanical products have got more and more attention. The analysis system of reliability and maintainability was designed and developed, to meet the analysis and prediction needs of a certain military product.First, based on the comparison of reliability parameter estimation methods of four typical distribution classes, the Least Square Algorithm combined with Dense Disparity Map was presented to estimate the optimal distribution class of the reliability test data, to solve the multi-value problem of the distribution estimation.Then, the complex integral calculation problem in the reliability model of stress and strength interference was simplified by using the Monte Carlo Simulation Method. A new searching minimal cut sets algorithm of the hybrid network was proposed by the hybrid network unilateralization transform and Prime Number Method, and then a refined reliability analysis algorithm of hybrid network was given to reduce the complexity of computation in the system reliability quantitative design and analysis.Third, on the basis of the study of maintainability modeling and prediction method, the maintainability data was collected and its database was developed for a certain airplane, and the Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) of routing task was obtained by using Circulating Function Prediction Method. The real maintenance time in plant was used to update the maintenance database, to make the MTTR prediction more close to practice.Finally, the reliability prediction software of components and hybrid network was developed, and the reliability test data analysis and a certain airplane's maintenance men hours prediction were obtained. The practical value of the software system was verified by engineering statistic data.
