Aircraft anti-skid braking system is an important airborne device of aircraft, which plays an important role in taking off and safe landing . With the development of aeronautic industry, anti-skid braking system needs to be improved greatly to content the requirement. The traditional design methods based on inertial brake dynamic test center can no longer adapt to high development technology, and leave too much to be desired for the requirement of modern plane designing, so a full system digital simulation design scheme on aeronautic wheel braking system is proposed in this paper. On the basis of analysing principle of anti-skid braking system, composition and work characteristic during landing braking period, modeling about braking system, new control law designing and digital simulation are completed in the thesis; dynamics and movement characteristic of aircraft, dynamic characteristic of landing gear, braking wheel rotation and tyre/runway characteristic are investigated in detail, when constructing mathematical models; a new compound control arithmetic which suits to large aircraft braking system is designed. In addition, a full system simulation is performed by using MATLAB/SIMULINK tool, braking characteristic on dry runway, wet runway and ice runway is analysed, and the results are compared with variable curve using PID and PBM control arithmetic.Simulation study indicates that the models in this paper are right and valid, braking can be effectively imitated based on the models; deep slip of braking wheel in low velocity which is produced by using traditional control arithmetic can be effectively improved by using new compound control arithmetic, and braking efficiency is increased greatly.
