In this paper, the actuality of aircraft anti-skid braking at home and abroad are expounded. The structure and the principle of aircraft anti-skid braking system are discussed in detail. Several control methods which are used in aircraft anti-skid braking system usually are specialized. By comparing synthetically, velocity error plus pressure-bias-modulated (PBM) is chosen as the algorithm of this aircraft anti-skid braking system. Combining the request of this control system, a detail design scheme of digital intelligent aircraft anti-skid braking box based on TMS320F240 DSP is designed. The software and hardware design, system debugging is done. At the same time some work is done about the application of fuzzy PID arithmetic in anti-skid braking system.Small DSP control system, the principle of each function module and the design method of software system are discussed particularly. Software is designed as a front-back platform. By using modularization, the software improves its readability, testability and portability. Considering the request at electric-magnetic compatibility, anti-interference ability is well considered, software trap, watchdog are used in software programming.This digital aircraft anti-skid braking box based on DSP is a betterment compared to old analog anti-skid braking box. Besides meeting the basic function of old braking box, some fundamental things such as system control strategy, control arithmetic are totally changed. It enlarges function of braking box, realizes its network function and fault checking ability on-line. It has already accomplished all simulation experimentation on land. The result indicates that velocity error plus pressure-bias-modulated (PBM) arithmetic is feasible, this system can meet the request of certain airplane.
