In part one of this paper , the cable-net balance equation was simplified as a two-directions orthogonal unlike nature D'Arey equation's formula with the aid of thin-membrane analogy for cable-net problem , and paralleling the space cable-net balance problem to a plane potential problem , this equation was changed to a non-linear plane potential problem in a cable-net plane projection area , then was resolved by using Boundary Element Method (BEM) . The comparison of this calculation with the experimental result and the calculation of Gaslerkin method showed that this approach not only features high efficiency and precision , gives clear concept , but also has rapid convergence and is easy for engineering applications. The first work of the second part in this paper was to deduce the dynamic equation of cable-net problem, than inferred the eigenvalue equation for narrow range vibration of cable-net by using BEM , Finally the dynamic problem for cable-net was resolved precisely , because the solution of the cable-net's inherent frequency also was found by using BEM.
