Laser marking is a kind of technique of marking permanent mark on the objective surface by using laser beam with high energy density. Laser marker is an integerated machine-electricity facility that applies many techniques referring to laser, optics, mechanism, electricity, and computer etc. Laser marking has more advantages than traditional methods, it has been widely used in many fields. For the present, in the laser marking market, on-line laser marking is the most promising. But it is monopolized by foreign companies. In this paper, we design and realized arrayed high-speed on-line CO2 laser marker, using components produced at home, which can be applied to high-speed on-line marking on many product lines, such as foodstuff, beverage, tobacco, and leechdom etc.In this paper, we firstly research into DLL(Dynamic-Link Library) and Multi-Thread programming, and then different methods to realize timing on Windows platform are discussed. Furthermore, using Visual C++ as developing tool, we designed and realized the control system which has a friendly interface and can run on various Windows platforms. The remarkable characteristics are as follows:(1) Steady control signal output based on high precision and high frequency;(2) Marking emulation can well simulate the marking process;(3) Multi-thread technology and automatic objective-detection make the marking process work automatically;(4) DLL technology used to store the lattice information makes the software extend function or upgrade easily.Also, we design and realize the control system for the laser marker based on single-chip microcomputer to further its application.The arrayed high-speed on-line CO2 laser marker is the first machine...
