According to the request of static-dynamic state precision and the celerity of response, a controller with good performance has been designed, aimed at the nonlinearity time-varied big inertia and variety load characteristic of the object.On the basis of the hardware design of the object and system model, a nerve net self-adapting controller which includes a nerve net identification and a nerve net controller has been designed. These nerve nets all use a new BP algorithm. The intelligent control algorithm is programmed using C++ language after the controller has been designed.According to the results of the simulation and experiments, the nerve net self-adapting controller has the high quality of static-dynamic performance and restrains the infection to system performance under hard circumstances as large inertia variety load and the disturber of the outside.
