Numerical simulation of gas jet is the hot topic and important means for research of rocket - missile at all times. By means of 3D unsteady flow numerical simulation of the moving gas vane of AAM (Air to Air Missile) , this paper gives out the thermal environment parameters of the gas vane in the different posture, the changing laws of the yawing force, pitching force and hinge torque in the composite control can be obtained and the influence for propulsive force of the motor can also be obtained when gas vane added.Adopting the UG software to establish geometric model, making use of Gambit software to complete hybrid grid division and boundary condition assignment, utilizing Fluent software to complete continuous simulation of flow field for revolving vane ,Using Tecplot software to deal with the calculation result to obtain the drag force, deflecting force and hinge torque which we need in this paper .On the other hand, basing on the consideration of ablation technology, we also simulated the heat effect of combustion gas vane to reduce partly or eliminate completely the influence of drag force which will affect propulsive force of motor in this paper. The result of numerical simulation provides much valuable reference data for theory research and engineering design, so the conclusions have higher project application value.
