The system of jet vanes is a thrust vector control device mounted on the bottom of the missile for rapidly turning.But in the actual launching process,the jet vane make great influence on the initial jet flow field.In order to launch the missile successfully,exhaust gas flow smoothly and reduce the influence of gas on the missile and launch box,the influence of the gas flow field under the jet vane on the launch box needs to be studied.In this paper,the unsteady numerical simulations of launch box system with different positions of jet vane are carried out.According to the comparison and analysis of various working conditions,it can be seen that the existence of the jet vanes influence the pressure and temperature of the post-cover,different positions of jet vane make different influence on the post-cover.The temperature distribution of the gas flow on the ground also is different,but the positions of jet vane have little effect on the postcover opening time and reflection Shock wave intensity.Along the missile axial direction,the working condition with half of the vane extending into the nozzle make the greatest influence on the jet flow,and the flow field on the ground is cross-shaped,the farther away from the nozzle outlet,the smaller the impact on the jet flow;The working condition that distance between the inner side of the opposite vanes is 44 mm.T has a greater influence on the flow than the distance of 12 mm and 28 mm,and the distribution of the flow on the ground is more similar to the square shape.The paper also simulates the moving process of the fragile post-cover by coupling the motion process of the post-cover with gas jet flow field based on dynamic meshing Technology,and the simulation results was compared with the experiment.The pictures and data obtained by high-speed photography consistent with the simulation contours and results,which also verifies the rationality of the simulation models.
